Eric Berry will be an All-Pro for many years. Golden Tate will be a beast, but Dez Bryant will be best WR in this class. None of the QB's will be studs. Ryan Matthews will be the best RB in the draft. Tebow will fail in the NFL.

Eric Berry will end up being the best player in this draft. It really hurts me to say that because of the high level of obnoxiousness from certain UT fans, but I think it's true. He is a corbafety. He's really a freak.
I think most people know Taylor Mays is overrated and he'll still probably go ahead of where he should.
Javier Arenas will not go as high as he should and will be an impact player in the NFL for at least a little while.
Failure is a subjective term. I obviously don't think Tebow will see the same sort of success he saw in college, but if he gets in the right situation he could be a serviceable NFL quarterback in the future.
I'm not saying there are any AP's or LT's, but I think there will be some solid value in the middle late rounds at Running Back. I like Dwyer, Hardesty, and Dixon.
I think CJ Spiller has Brian Westbrook glory days potential.
That's enough for now. More thoughts to come. I know i didn't get too in depth. Please pardon my sins. If you want me to elaborate on something. Say "elaborate on "...", bitch".

also heard today that Gerhart is moving quicky up the draft boards...according to Mcshay "scouts really underestimated his athleticism"...
definitely agree with you on taylor mays just based off what I've heard about him
for TB: "eric berrrryyy, eric berryyy"

I actually enjoy the draft. Probably more so than anything else the NFL does. I'm only gonna throw out one opinion and one request for the time being though.
-Javier Arenas is one hell of a punt returner, but please do not kid yourself into thinking he is anything other than a serviceable (at best) corner.
-belushiclone: I'll be thoroughly suprised if you've seenmore than 5 total carries of Ryan Matthews entire college career. You can have an opinion, but please don't toss out "Ryan Matthews will be the best running back in this draft" with little to nothing to base that on..

if javier arenas does turn out to be a hell of a returner like he was in college and a "serviceable" corner like he was in college then im pretty sure that will be a great pick up in the draft late....big memph only said he won't go high as he should and that he will be an impact player not anything about him being a great cb

Thank you Mike. I think he will be a good NFL returner and overall special teams player. I could see him being a decent nickel or dime back that can cover the slot ok, but can also bring pressure off the edge like he did at Bama. I'm just saying I think he'll be more productive than a lot of people taken before him assuming he goes late 3rd, early 4th.
Gerhart could be another solid value depending on when he gets drafted. I hope he doesn't climb so high he doesn't lose that value.
Watch Mitch Petrus the guard from Arkansas, tied the all time bench record at the combine. He's a mean run blocker and I could easily see him being a Nick Mangold type and coming and really helping a team.
Ryan Mathews runs really hard and seems to have a knack for sliding in and picking up an extra yard or two at the end of the play. At 6' 218 he's plenty big. I think he'll be a solid back, but I'm not sure about top end speed and it's not like he's huge, so I'm not quite as high as some people. He also has a pretty fair amount of mileage on him alreadym but I don't think any of the backs this year are locks to be all pro, but I'd still take Spiller over Mathews on potential...btw if you're going to pick him to be the best back in the draft spell his name right. Mathews has just one "t".

I guess I have a different opinion when I think of the term "impact player" .. that's all. Great return man though..but Alabama also had superior athletes on special teams to most of their competition too

I don't like people who spell "Matthew" with one "t." C'mon people, it's in the Bible..

I have never been a Javy guy. He was spectacular on returns (mostly punt), and was a great blitzer off the edge. Alabama seriously brought him more times than he played man to man. I think he will struggle to cover in the NFL, but he will be a very good speciall teams player and most likely a good return man (although I think Spiller will be the most dynamic and impact return man in this draft).
These might be homer picks, but I think Hardesty (who memph mentioned) has huge potential if he can stay healthy, and Crompton could end up being a starter one day if he gets on a team where he can wait his turn and learn from a veteran guy.
Pietrus was always thought of as a guy who was going to come out his junior year. I think (not sure) he got hurt and decided to come back for his senior year). He was a four year starter at Arkansas and I think he played Guard and Center while he was there (which NFL teams will love). He got big pub (for a lineman, which is not much) while blocking for D-Mac and Felix (and Peyton Hillis?), but he stayed around and continued to get better. Mangold might be a stretch, but he could def. come in and start right away for somebody.

I'll go ahead and agree to strongly disagree with Taylor Mays being a "sleeper," and everything else you think about football, quite frankly.
